Visiting student as a Global Contest Finalist at
Texas A&M University (apr 2025)
As a visiting student invited as a global finalist for the IFTP 2025 contest, I spent a full week immersed in the American academic and innovation ecosystem. It allowed me to meet and collaborate with people from all over the world — from engineering students to business leaders, from startup founders to professors specialized in energy and sustainability. These cross-cultural exchanges challenged my perspectives, sharpened my ability to communicate across disciplines and backgrounds, and expanded my network internationally.
This journey also gave me the opportunity to explore major cultural and technological landmarks in Texas. Visiting the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston fueled my passion for aerospace, while the George H. W. Bush Presidential Library offered a deep dive into American history and leadership. These moments, combined with the dynamic and welcoming spirit of the Aggie community, made this experience not only a professional achievement but also a rich human adventure — one that reinforced both my global mindset and my desire to contribute to impactful, international projects
As a part of my entrepreneurship journey, I chose to complement my engineering studies with a Graduate Certificate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Aix-Marseille University. This program became a key milestone in my entrepreneurial journey, helping me to strengthen essential skills such as strategic thinking, creativity, adaptability, and leadership.
Through courses in innovation strategy, intellectual property, financial engineering, and risk management, I deepened my ability to approach problems with a structured yet innovative mindset, manage uncertainty, and make informed decisions under pressure. This experience also reinforced my entrepreneurial resilience, my capacity to navigate complexity, and my commitment to continuous learning.
These skills have been directly applied to the development of Alfred, the leisure activity booking platform I founded, allowing me to drive the project with clarity of vision, effective communication, and an ability to align both strategic goals and operational execution.
My path through the Bachelor of Science (French "Licence 3") in General Engineering at EPF Montpellier (2021 - 2024)
At EPF, I gained a solid foundation in all fields of science and engineering, thanks to a comprehensive and multidisciplinary curriculum. The school's strong emphasis on sustainable development and its modern, innovative teaching approach allowed me to develop a forward-thinking mindset.
This experience complements my current education by providing me with a different perspective on engineering challenges and broadening my approach to problem-solving.
